114學年(含)之後入學適用之畢業條件標準表修正處說明：

Graduation Requirements Standard Table Applicable to Students Enrolled In or After the 2025 Academic Year (114th Academic Year)

●本次B類一般專業或外語證照修正如下(與之前的畢業條件標準表做比較)：

The amendments to Category B (General Professional or Foreign Language Certifications) are as follows (compared to the previous standard table):

1.增列「WSET葡萄酒證照 Level 1」

Added: "WSET Level 1 Award in Wines"

2.刪除「英語能力檢定程度多益(TOEIC 750分(含)以上)」

Deleted: "English Proficiency Test - TOEIC (Score of 750 or above)"

3.增列「英文以外之第二外語證照(CERF B1同等級數之檢測成績)」* 分級表詳見附件

Added: "Second Foreign Language Certification (other than English) with a test score equivalent to the CEFR B1 level." (For the grading scale, please refer to the appendix.)

4.AH&LA國際餐旅管理專業人員認證修正為「AHLEI國際餐旅管理專業人員認證」後面資料不變。

Amended: "AH&LA Certified Hospitality Professional Certification" is changed to "AHLEI Certified Hospitality Professional Certification." The subsequent information remains unchanged.

5.勞動部「西餐烹調丙級技術士」，為本系必備專業證照。故本系學生畢業前皆需取得該證書(入學前取得也可列入計算)

Mandatory Certification: The Ministry of Labor's "Level C Technician for Western Culinary" is now a mandatory professional certification for this department. Therefore, all students in this department must obtain this certificate before graduation (certificates obtained prior to enrollment are also accepted).

   廢除備註條文第二條第三款「專業證照(上表B類及C類)不適用於外籍生及僑生」，本系外籍生及僑生畢業門檻與本國學生相同。

Abolished: Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Remarks ("Professional certifications in Categories B and C above do not apply to international and overseas Chinese students") has been removed. The graduation thresholds for international and overseas Chinese students in this department are now identical to those of domestic students.

6.本次修正之畢業條件標準表與相關認列規定，自114學年度入學新生開始實施。修正後畢業修件標準表(畢業門檻)詳見附件

Implementation: The amended graduation requirements standard table and related recognition regulations will take effect starting with newly enrolled students in the 2025 Academic Year (114th Academic Year). For the amended graduation requirements standard table (graduation thresholds), please refer to the appendix.
